Chips are delicious. Chouji doesn't know why anyone wouldn't eat them, and not all of the chips at this party are meant for him. Even he can't eat as many as Ino managed to bring. If by some miracle they manage to eat all of the chips, though, Chouji will insist on the very last one being his. He has to claim one birthday privilege.
