Not now, and never over a communication device like this, when he can't even be there to comfort her properly. If Ino has been gone for a long time, Chouji will not make their reunion a heartbreaking one for her. He'll keep the news to himself, and he'll find out who else knows so she doesn't hear it from anyone but him.
